|
On above listed date and time, complainant reported that suspect left his restaurant without paying for a significant amount of food ordered for himself and his football team. Complainant stated that the team came into the restaurant and suspect asked the staff if they "accepted school checks" which complainant agreed to accept. Prior to leaving, suspect stated that he had to "text someone else to bring the check". Complainant stated that suspect then left the restaurant with the remainder of his team and the bill was never paid. |
