Public Documents Notice:  Some reports are not available for up to three (3) business days from the date of the accident.  Accident reports dated prior to 2002 are not available on this site and must be retrieved from Police Headquarters, 120 Marconi  Blvd., Columbus, Ohio, 43215.  You can obtain a copy of the report in person between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM on the third floor of Headquarters. The records available on this website are released pursuant to the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code section 149.43.
