The City of Columbus 311 Call Center is a one stop shop for all non-police issues. You can submit any requests for non-emergency city service by calling 311 or 641-645-3111. 311 is not 411 or 911. Some of most frequent requests through 311 are: bulk trash pick-up, potholes, Code Enforcement and snow plow requests. 311 hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 6:00Pm. A non-emergency call for service is any non-life threatening situation or report that does not require an immediate police response. For all non-emergency calls, citizens should utilize the Columbus Police non-emergency telephone number 614-645-4545. Mainly citizens can use the online police reporting system to report any non-injury motor vehicle accident, any theft of property or property destruction with an unknown suspect with the value or damage under $3,000.00 You can only file the report if the place of the incident occurred within city limits.
