Chief Kim Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University and was a 4-year letter winner for the OSU Women’s Track team. She is a graduate of the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC) and the Certified Law Enforcement Executive program (CLEE). Chief Jacobs serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Family Safety and Healing, the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Law Enforcement Foundation, and is a member of the United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council and Pride Council.
